The problem
Without expiry notifications...
Surprise lockouts mid-task
Access expires without warning while team members are in the middle of critical work. They discover the lockout only when their next action fails — no time to prepare.
Missed deadlines from lost access
When access disappears unexpectedly, deliverables stall. Campaign launches get delayed, reports go unfinished, and client timelines slip because nobody saw it coming.
Frustrated teams and fire drills
Unexpected access loss triggers urgent Slack messages, emergency re-provisioning requests, and frustrated team members scrambling to regain access under pressure.

How it works
Step by step
Expiry approaching
AccessHive monitors all active time-bound access and identifies upcoming expirations based on your configured notification triggers.
Notification sent
Notifications are dispatched across all configured channels — email, Slack, in-app. Both the team member and their manager receive the alert.
User can extend or access auto-revokes
The user can request an extension directly from the notification. If no action is taken by expiry, AccessHive automatically revokes access as scheduled.
